About the Event
Join Ethernity at Metaton’s Pyramid and the Sacred Grounds for a workshop that provides you the tools to face any obstacle in life. In the workshop, you’ll receive a spirit and physical wak’a (a term that will be described in class) to empower your practice, learn to create a sacred space, and connect to the wisdom of an ancient soul named Judith. These techniques you will acquire are great to use at work, home, or anywhere. Men are welcome to attend!
What to Bring: Water! A blanket, pillow, and a mat if you have one; wear comfy clothes as we lay down for the meditations. Did I mention water?
