*We will look at Empathology in terms of how others’ feelings affect your vibration, physical health, and manifestations.

Every Retreat includes a guided meditation in Metatron’s Pyramid in which we will practice connecting with your guides and higher self, healing past traumas, letting go of social programming, and building spiritual alignment and intelligence; and working with a subpersonality. This one will focus on the inner warrior.

Attendees will be free to explore The Sacred Grounds and enjoy healthy snacks and Alkaline water.

Workshops include lots of talking and sharing, practicing new techniques and a guided meditation in Metatron’s Pyramid. You will also have free time to meditate on your own, talk and share with other participants and enjoy the Sacred Grounds. There will be no strict guidelines with time.

An educator by trade, I was completely surprised by changes that I began to experience including sensitivity to energy, communication with guides, and a powerful interest in using crystals, communicating with trees and coaxing out the divine essence of foraged materials. Energy healing became a primary hobby and fascination over the past ten years when I began waking in the night to powerful energetic surges in my body; having increased intuition and empathic experiences; and communication from other worldly beings. At first, I wasn’t sure if I was losing my mind and felt I had few people I could talk with about my new abilities and experiences! I now channel regularly for myself and others, heal with crystals and crystal grids, develop tinctures and Bach remedies for various maladies, and perform energy practices like reiki and hands of light as well as Solaris and other forms of distance healing.

​My book, Becoming Whole; A Skeptics Guide to Connecting with your Higher Self is a collaborative effort: some information is directly channeled from Archangel Michael, some sections contain dialogue with him or other guides, and other sections contain my related observations and commentary.

This is designed as a series of FIVE 4-Hour Mini-Retreats to provide participants adequate time for presentation, discussion, community building, and the application of ideas and concepts in a guided meditation. Larger groups might extend the time to accommodate more discussion. This also provides attendees some free time to enjoy Alana’s magical Sacred Grounds and talk with each other.
